Bill Benjamin is a partner at the Institute for Health & Human Potential. IHHP is a world leader in developing and delivering unique training programs that help people perform and lead under pressure. Bill contributed to IHHP’s recently published New York Times bestselling book Performing Under Pressure.
Bill has degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo in Canada. Bill leverages his mathematics degree and technical background to take a scientific approach to helping leaders understand how to manage emotions and perform at their best when they are under pressure. Bill is also very genuine about sharing his struggles as a leader early in his career, and how he used the same insight into human behavior and techniques he teaches to help him be a better leader.
Bill has worked with diverse groups in many high-pressure environments: the U.S. Marines, NASA, Intel, Goldman Sachs, Coca-Cola and Surgeons. Prior to joining IHHP, Bill was Vice President of a computer software firm. Under his leadership, the company grew from $2 million in sales and number ten in their industry, to over $75 million in sales and number one.
